Bathrooms
Uumen’s cozy shared bathrooms help you get ready for both a fresh new day and a good night’s sleep when the time comes.
The bathrooms include lockable shower spaces for private use, giving you peace and privacy while you freshen up. Toilets are located throughout the hotel close to the accommodation areas, so you’ll always find one nearby.
Shower and washing facilities can be found on the Lake Näsijärvi side of the hotel, while accessible washing facilities are located near the first-floor lounge. Separate facilities are available for men and women.

Lounge Areas
At our Tampere hotel, you’ll find two lounge areas for guest use.
The first-floor lounge is located next to the reception and serves as the meeting place of our hotel. Here, you can take in the atmosphere of the Finlayson area, get to know new people or ease into the evening in our living room. The check-in points and self-service kiosks are also located in the lounge, next to the reception desk. The kiosks are open around the clock, so snacks, refreshments and toothpaste are always within easy reach.
In the fifth-floor lounge, you can enjoy a calm atmosphere, play a game of billiards or step out onto the rooftop terrace for a breath of fresh air. A warm cup of tea and a blanket, a good book and beautiful Lake Näsijärvi on the horizon?
The upstairs lounge areas can also be booked for private use.

Beloved Boulangerie Marco serves Uumen Hotel’s guests in Tampere a mouthwatering breakfast every day of the year. In addition to their famous croissants, the breakfast menus also include Boulangerie Marco’s homemade special treats!
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 11:00 in the hotel’s lounge areas. You can book it through our booking system when making your room reservation or when checking in to the hotel.

Our gym partner is Fitness24Seven | Tampere Keskusta Group, located nearby on Satakunnankatu, about 300 metres from our main entrance. At this versatile gym, you’ll find modern equipment for strength training, a free weights area, a stretching area and a women-only gym. The deal for Uumen guests is simple and easygoing: when you stay with us, you can work out next door for a one-time fee of €7!
A gym visit can be booked directly when making your hotel reservation or later during your stay.
